Well, I know it's only a stuffed animal but you've got to admit it's pretty well done. It's still raining outside so we're still in the museum. This is one of several dioramas depicting various environments in British Columbia. The Woolly Mammoth I photographed a few days ago resides in another diorama.

When I saw this photo on the portal, I thought, "Wow! What a terrific shot. I wonder how it was captured." Now I'm smiling. Yes, even tho it's in a museum, it is VERY realistic! Beautiful.
My twin brother's heart would have started to race seeing that deer! As for me, I refuse to wear a blaze orange jacket and chase those beautiful animals!
The museum is great, isn't it? I remember when it was free! I use to love popping in on my way home from work... very relaxing. I still think it should be free and by donation.
Proud looking fellow! Lovely diorama.
