Foggy Morning

Though we are still in summer, we've had a few foggy mornings lately when a cold mist drifts in over the city from the strait.

Situated on the far west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria is the capital city of the Province of British Columbia. That's what Victoria looked like the last time I was there. What are all those white tents?
@JoJo - Hi JoJo - the white tents were set up as part of the Dragon Boat Races that were held last weekend.
The mist gives it a nice effect.
