Mount Douglas Panorama

The summit of Mount Douglas provides an excellent view of the southern tip of Vancouver Island. Here we are looking northward with Cordova Bay directly below us and Sidney Spit and some of the Gulf Islands beyond. Most of what's on the right are the San Juan Islands of the USA. This pano is quite large - click it to see the full size version. (You may have to click it again depending on the browser you use and the size of your monitor.)

Sweet. I should have my 360 up later today.
In the meantime, check out my photo of the inner harbour from Christmas Hill -- just put it up. The foreshortening effect of the telephoto is disconcerting. Saanich's Uptown Centre looks like it's a half-block from the inner harbour. According to Google Maps there's 2.5 km or so distance between them.
If I'm missing any tagged landmarks you can think of, let me know and I'll add them.
