Cordova Bay from Mount Douglas

From the top of Mount Douglas there are wonderful views in every direction but the viewpoint and the summit favor views to the south, north and west and this view of Cordova Bay is generally blocked by a slightly lower summit. In any case this photo suggests what a glorious day it was yesterday. I hope you had a good one and that the weekend will be as bright and sunny as ours is starting out to be this morning.

What a great run of fine weather we are now having.
This shot sure captures it.

Love the full range of light qualities in it, from sunlit to tree silhouettesin the shade.

Great photo (as usual). If Victoria is regarded as being more English than the British, it is curious that they would name a bay after a city in central Spain.

That would make about as much sense as having a Manchester Bay in Costa Rica.

I would currently give at least my small finger, in order to be able to fly - a joy it would be, into one of your photography.
What an amazing sight. Please have a wonderful Sunday.

What a gorgeous shot! The weather has been simply FABULOUS hasn't it? If it never got any warmer than this, I'd be happy!
