Here's another in the Hands of Time sculpture series by Crystal Przybille. This one's on the seaward side of the Wharf Street sidewalk directly opposite Bastion Square. "This sculpture looks out to the ocean, referencing the compelling nature of Victoria's geography and the foundation of its tourism and sightseeing industries." |

Are the binocs fake or can people look through them?
These are cool sculptures! You have a guide to find them. Or not?
@JoJo: No, they're fake. But the mirror on the Causeway sculpture, though it's metal, works as a mirror.http://victoriadailyphoto.blogspot.ch/2013/05/i-am-here.html
@Stephanie: The city has a guide on their website: http://www.victoria.ca/assets/Departments/Parks~Rec~Culture/Culture/Documents/150_art_legacy_web2.pdf
Quite peculiar, but I like it!
