I've started a series of photos taken from nearby Christmas Hill, to be published over the next week, if you're interested in a comparison of pics from Victoria's "high" spots.
For my money, nothing comes close to it, for capturing landmarks from Wilkinson Road jail to Mt. Baker, from 'Centre-of-the-Universe' to Ogden Point terminal. Watch for some to come...
I'll be putting together a 360 over the next couple of weeks to put up.
Thanks all for your kind words. Mike, it's a perfect time for comparisons of views from high spots since I've lined up a few panoramas taken from Mount Douglas yesterday.
Situated on the far west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria is the capital city of the Province of British Columbia. Its benign climate (the warmest winters in Canada) and placid lifestyle make it a favorite retirement location as well as a popular tourist destination. About 400,000 people live in Victoria and adjacent communities. Click the photos to see them larger!

Thanks again for the glimpses of my home town! I've mentioned your blog on mine today. Hope you don't mind...
