Situated on the far west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria is the capital city of the Province of British Columbia. That's a great photo! I take pictures of the phone booths I see too; they are dying. I just came across a pay phone unit in a local antique store for $20! I'd say it was only about 20 years old.
PS I just checked and I have a picture of these phone booths too, taken 3 years ago.
It seems less of them by the year, at times!
My goodness, do they still exist? Great candid shot.
Somewhere on my old blog, I had a pic of the one down in Chinatown -- across from the QV Bakery. It's done up Asian style, catches your eye...
I could probably use one as I don't own a mobile phone!
