This really is a beautiful shot. Fern, you have a distinct style of light and dark giving strong contrast. The warm, pastel quality of earth-tones in the sky underlines just how simultaneously powerful and ephemeral clouds can appear.
Great shot Fern! The clouds are so ethereal, esp. that low hanging yellow one on the right.
A very interesting yellowish sky! It kind of outshines the fall colors.
