Ah, juxtoposition, in title and image.In this shot, the tree is out-numbered 2:1.
City council approved today an eight-story condo right on the inner harbour waterfront on Belleville Street so that one day more and more condo-dwellers will be able to take in the scenic panoramic view across the water of other condo-dwellers.
