Situated on the far west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria is the capital city of the Province of British Columbia. THis is so great I can't even talk! Honky Tonk Tom. Is that his real name??? If so, I would throw money his way every day to hear him play. Does he sing too?? Oh that's even better. He sort of reminds me of some blind dates I've had in the past. You should win a prize for this excellent street portrait.
