Yes! The tubas would just disappear into the mix in colour wouldn't they? And they frame the director beautifully. Bravo Benjamin!

This one too is great. If I did not already tell you that I like your photos then I am telling you now!
It is only when you start working in b&w do you really appreciate colour if you see what I mean. Colour can be a distratcion masking so many little nuances in an image. Those tubas are so focal and intense and would pale in colour. Excellent job on this imgae.
