I think the father has already made a point.
This a great photo! What I really like, though, is the guy lounging on the bench behind them. My eye was immediately drawn to him.

dc - yes, me too, in my first version of this photo the guy on the bench was cropped right out but then I decided that he fits. It's like three peaceful and separate little worlds
I like the exactness of the way you put the line elements in the composition of the top picture, and the branch curves in the second. Beautiful.
