All of the Songhees Point area is occupied by condominiums with the exception of this resort hotel, the Delta Ocean Pointe Resort. It's a prime location since it's only a short stroll across the Johnson Street Bridge (old or new) to the heart of Victoria's old town.

Situated on the far west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria is the capital city of the Province of British Columbia. It does look relatively new. Imposing from this angle.
Quite modern looking compared to older type of architecture in James Bay area.
