Vic West Community Corn Roast

The annual Vic West Corn Roast took place last Sunday and, despite a few brief showers, was enjoyed by all. There was corn on the cob, pie, music provided by the local kids group, The Colts, and others, ice cream and the traditional zucchini races.

Situated on the far west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria is the capital city of the Province of British Columbia. That looks great. Come to think of it, we only had corn once this year.
