This is one of my favorite views; Victoria's metal recycling depot, Ellice Recycle, just past the Bay Street Bridge along the Gorge Waterway. Here's another view to get a better idea of it's location.

Each to his - or her - own, but I think it's an eyesore, as I'm sure those condo owners across the Gorge do also. It's time to move it out of the city.
Well, it sure is an interesting view - love the second photo with the cloudy sky and the grey water.
I'm going with eyesore too. The Harbour Ferry tour of the Gorge was a huge disappointment to me when I saw all this industrial stuff. I was expected a tree-and-home lined waterway.
I agree with Benjamin - it's also one of my favourite views and my 7 year old grandson absolutely loves going down the trestle bridge to look at it. I have also seen an artist painting a huge picture from the nearby bridge - it was so colourful and interesting ... great!
What makes it even more interesting is to see the pile of squashed vehicles on the days that they have been loaded onto huge flat container boats to be shipped to "goodness knows where"!
