June 1st is theme day and this month's City Daily Photo Blogs theme is "My Corner Local Shop." Above is where I do my emergency shopping when it's not worthwhile to run down to the supermarket. It's a friendly store and they almost always have what I need, although they are not open at dawn, when this photo was taken. I think this is the most beautiful lighting I've seen for the corner store theme so far - oh, that Northwest light! And "Oceanic Market" sounds so poetic.
A beautiful sky and emerging light. I almost never see the dawn of day, so it helps me when folks like you take a picture to share it with me. And it wasn't until I started blogging that I realized just how many murals there are in the world. Very nice, Benjamin.

I look at your photo each morning and enjoy the beauty of Victoria each day...Home Sweet Home...the first time I discovered this site was when I looked up St Ann's Academy...tomorrow's historical re-enactment will be interesting.
