Situated on the far west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria is the capital city of the Province of British Columbia. Gorgeous view. The first summer I lived in Washington we had a week of thunder off and on, pretty rare for there, and I remember the clouds were so huge and shaped like anvils. I'd never seen that before, or since.
Beautiful weather, though you could still use a whole lot of rain.
