Situated on the far west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria is the capital city of the Province of British Columbia. About 400,000 people live in Victoria and adjacent communities.

Well, it creates some interesting reflections on the street. It has been unusually cool and windy down here too, but with only occasional showers. We could use some of your rain.
Ditto on the funky weather blues from across the way.
