Where is this? My first guess was going to be Sooke Potholes? The water looks delicious!
Not the Potholes I'm guessing from the discoloured rocks that suggest tidal action.
you must have better weather than we do right now! I would love to spend a day this way.

This was taken on the western shore of Saxe Point where there is a small bay and beach with very clear water.
