Signs of Spring
Well, it still looks like a pretty cold way to see the sights but these visitors seemed to be having a good time. In the summer these rickshaws are all over the place but I think you have to be pretty fit and hardy to pedal one around at this time of year.

Quite a way to get about. There are a number of the pull type of rickshaws here, but they won't be used until May, so I imagine they get stored somewhere dry over the winter.
The passengers look comfy and cozy ... a fun way to see the sights of Victoria on a lovely day.
The last time I was up there, a pedicab was taking people up Govt St. It's just a slight incline and the guy was standing up on the pedals to keep it moving. Next thing you know, the theme from Rocky is blasting from it. Everyone on the street and in the pedicab were laughing so hard.
