I love them! I have seen snowdrops blooming here, and also some yellow crocuses. I didn't have my camera with me at the time so you will just have to take my word for it!! Also some small pink blooms on a bush, my friend said something like verbena and I am on my way out the door to take some those today with my camera. Time I took that camera out for a walk!!
A beautiful forerunner of spring
My Vancouver friend e-mailed to say he is tripping over snowdrops while we still have to deal with snow flakes! Enjoy - I am jealous.
Ah February, the month when spring arrives in Victoria, a full two months ahead of the rest of the country. We are indeed spoiled.
Yesterday I spotted a beautiful blooming pink cherry blossum tree along the inner harbour across from the Ledge.
Great to see some signs of spring.
We're starting to see lots of buds here as well.
