It's pretty hard to top the drama and color of the Fisgard Lighthouse (yesterday's post) so here's a look at a more muted bit of Victoria's scenery. This is Swan Lake, a nature sanctuary in the midst of urban Victoria. At this time of year it's a study in the browns and reds that are relics of autumn. It really was the sky that 'made' yesterday's shot.
How do you get such contrast between the clouds and the blue of the sky,.. polarizing filter?
Both are beautiful - can't decide between the 2!
