This has to be one of the best reasons for living in Victoria - signs of spring at the beginning of winter ! And flowers year-round. It almost feels 'un-Canadian'. lol
Come on you guys! It's great out! I'm heading out to busk in a few minutes. No seriously, it's not so bad. We need the rain, sure didn't get it in the summer, did we? Nice reminder of what's ahead, though.
