Situated on the far west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria is the capital city of the Province of British Columbia. About 400,000 people live in Victoria and adjacent communities.

Glad to see that you're back in business. I was starting to get worried about you.
Thanks. Between the lousy weather and being otherwise a bit busy I had nothing I felt like posting so I decided (after over 600 consecutive posts) not to be so obsessive about the 'daily' aspect of this blog.
