Though it is no longer used as an observatory, this building and the little hilltop park in which it is situated remains a favorite spot for me. It has some of the best views in the city and we'll take a look at them later in the week.
I think this is the place my friend Nigel worked at for a few months in the 90s. He's an astrophysicist. I know he spent time in Victoria. He's from England and enjoyed meals and pints at the Sticky Wicket. :)
