Foggy Morning

Though we are still in summer, we've had a few foggy mornings lately when a cold mist drifts in over the city from the strait.

    That's what Victoria looked like the last time I was there. What are all those white tents?

    @JoJo - Hi JoJo - the white tents were set up as part of the Dragon Boat Races that were held last weekend.
