Gay Pride Week - Drag Ball

Baseball has never been so much fun as Drag Ball, one of the kick-off events for Gay Pride Week (July 1- 8) here in Victoria. Above, members of the Queens team add a whole new layer of meaning to "stealing a base."

    LOVE IT! All the US Pride stuff takes place in June. You haven't lived till you've seen at least one parade in San Francisco.

    I featured this event for the past two years in the Alternate Tales blog... sadly I missed it this year.

    If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend the upcoming Pride Parade. It's always good for colourful photos...

    I never heard of this game. I saw the Gay Pride Parade in Vancouver a few years ago. Very colorful and entertaining with great music.
