Thanks for including the link that talked about the old murals. I can see why they were considered offensive. These are much nicer.

ReplyDeleteJust a quick note: These murals did not replace the controversial murals. Rather, they were painted at about the same time in the 1930s. The murals that depict Indigenous people in offensive ways (now covered by a false wall) are at floor level, while these ones are located high above on the ceiling.
