Another beautiful photograph!
ReplyDeleteFrowzy?
ReplyDeleteI thought you making this word up, til I looked it up.
In Toastmasters' meetings, we always have a 'word of the day' section. I'll have to remember this one...
Think I'd have a heart attack if I tried to go up.
ReplyDeleteI think it's beautiful, in a frowzy sort of way. Yesterday evening I was going past the Cridge senior center on my bike, the west face (where it says Orphans' Home over the entryway in stone) was bathed in dreamy sunlight and there was a solitary ancient lady with a walker sitting on the low stone wall in front. It was sooo amazing. (not so subtle location suggestion for you).
ReplyDeleteThank you for taking such beautiful pictures of Victoria.
Thanks imquilternity.
ReplyDeleteFrowzy - I think I learnt it from my mother - I seem to remember her using it. I can't think of anyone else I ever heard using it.
JoJo - it is quite a climb but if I can make it anyone can....
Anon - Thanks for your not-so-frowzy comment. I'll take your location suggestion seriously - I've been meaning to get up that way and I know that is an interesting building.
Cool, thanks! I didn't mean to be anonymous--ellen
