| Here's a view of the Inner Harbour that I've not photographed before because I don't generally visit Laurel Point which, together with Songhees point opposite, marks the entrance to the Inner Harbour. Both today's photos were taken yesterday from Laurel Point. You can see in the photo to the left the walkway, much used by joggers and strollers, that follows the shoreline from the Inner Harbour Causeway to Fisherman's Wharf. |
Beautiful view! Next time I'm in Vic I'll have to search out this viewpoint. Love those wispy clouds in the sky.
ReplyDeleteA few years back I stayed at the Coast Harbourside and walked this path the next morning on my way back to the Clipper. Just beautiful! I've seen the Laurel Point Inn but never went out to the point.
ReplyDeleteThanks LW.
ReplyDeleteJoJo - I'm starting to think you know Victoria better than I do!
Wonderfil cloud formations.
ReplyDeleteBenjamin, I stayed at the Laural Point Inn several years ago while at a conference but I don't remember these beautiful views. You have a wonderful eye for the detail and composition. I love the sky in the top photo. Thanks for sharing.

Benjamin - to say that I am OBSESSED with Canada would be an understatement; esp. BC and Victoria. Drive my hubby crazy. Let's just say I can watch Rick Mercer's "Talking to Americans" and answer ALL of his questions correctly.....
