Customs House

Even on these crisp winter days it's always a pleasure to catch a glimpse of the old Customs House on Wharf Street.

  3. Yep, great picture Benjamin. My mother informs me that her brother, Albert Knowler, was required to report to that very building in the spring of 1942 to start his career as a soldier entering WWII. He and thousands of other young prairie (and west coast) men.

  4. Thanks William and Stephanie for your comments.

@JoJo - it's one of my favorite buildings here as well. It always looks good at any time of the day or year and from almost any angle.

@Matthew - Thanks for that bit of history.
