Olive the Senses - Victoria Public Market 2

Here's another of the shops that have just opened in the new Victoria Public Market. This one is called Olive the Senses. This is a very specialized shop that sells only vinegar and olive oil, but it sells those two items in more varieties than you ever dreamed were possible and promises to open your taste buds to a whole new range of flavors.     Nice shop.Its indeed remarkable how many difference there is in taste of olive oil. ( I give sometimes three or 4 bottles as present to friends on occasion) and am always amazed at the reactions. Yes in europe this kind of shop is already for some years present.

    Wow! I had no idea that olive oil came in so many varieties. I try to use that in my cooking more than veg oil.
